Your Overhead Squat Is Limited by Position and Mobility

The fault

A catch position in the snatch that is limited by mobility rather than strength.

Why it happens

A big part of the snatch catch is position and mobility, not effort. You can be strong enough for the weight and still unable to get into the shape the lift requires.

The fix

Dr. Aaron Horschig of Squat University walks through the positional and mobility side of the overhead squat.
